A group built the long way round.
Most beauty companies in our market import a finished product and put a label on it. We do the opposite. Twixen owns the formulation, the batch record, the manufacturing and the customer relationship — which is why we can stand behind what is in the jar.
That control is the point of the group structure. Each brand under Twixen is free to speak to its own customer, while formulation, quality, production and supply chain stay shared, documented and audited in one place.

We launch a brand only when the formula, the supply chain and the aftercare are all ready. Comfobeautys is the first.
Brand two
A second range is in formulation trials with our scientific team. Category and launch window to be announced.
From raw material to doorstep, under one roof.
Every stage is recorded against a batch. If a customer calls about a jar, we can trace it back to the material that went into it.
Formulate
Our Chief Scientific Officer develops and trials every formula in-house. Recipes, versions and trial notes live in our own production system — not in someone's notebook.
Source & test
Raw materials are received against specification, logged with supplier and lot number, and released to production only after check.
Manufacture
Production runs to a batch record derived from the approved recipe. Yield, wastage and finished stock are captured as the batch closes.
Fill, pack, dispatch
Finished goods are packed in-house and handed to our courier partner the day after the order is taken.
Serve & follow up
Our own service team takes the order, answers questions during use, and handles returns and re-orders. Nothing about the customer relationship is outsourced.
Contract manufacturing & private label
Our facility and our formulation team are open to brands that want to make in Sri Lanka — from an existing Twixen base formula, or developed with you from a brief.
