Build the thing, not just the brand.
We are a small group scaling fast: manufacturing, service, creative and field sales all growing at once. If you want scope early and a written path upward, this is a good place to be.
What we offer, in writing
Every role below is governed by a published pay policy. You will know your basic, your incentive structure and your route to the next grade before you accept.
Graded basic pay
A fixed monthly basic for every role, by grade — not commission-only.
Progressive incentives
Performance incentives that increase as you move up, with no cap at the top band.
A written ladder
Trainee through to Senior Supervisor, with the criteria for each step defined.
Real training
A structured training period on joining — you are taught the role, not thrown into it.
5 roles open now
All positions are full-time and on-site at Mount Lavinia. Open a role to see the detail, then apply below.
Production Officer / Manufacturing Executive Open
The role
You own the manufacturing floor: planning batches against demand, running production to the approved recipe, controlling raw material stock, and closing every batch with accurate yield and wastage. This is the most important hire in the group right now — everything else depends on production keeping up.
You will
- Plan and run production batches from the approved recipe library
- Control raw material stock, receipts and reorder levels
- Record yield, wastage and finished output for every batch
- Maintain hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards on the floor
- Work with the Chief Scientific Officer on trials and scale-up
- Supervise packing staff as the team grows
You should have
- A diploma or degree in chemistry, industrial chemistry, food science or pharmacy
- Hands-on experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing
- Comfort with computer systems — production is run from our own software
- The judgement to stop a batch that is not right
Creative Video Executive & Brand Face Open
The role
You make the content that sells the product — short-form video, from idea to finished cut. Two tracks are available: Track A is video production only; Track B adds appearing on camera as a face of the brand, with a separate allowance and an image-rights agreement.
You will
- Concept, shoot and edit short-form video for paid social and organic
- Turn product benefits into hooks that hold attention in the first three seconds
- Produce variations at volume for ad testing
- Track A: work with presenters and AI-assisted creative tools
- Track B: present on camera as a recurring face of the brand
You should have
- A reel — we care about the work, not the qualification
- Strong editing skills and an instinct for pacing
- Understanding of what performs on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- For Track B: confidence and warmth on camera
Order Success & Delivery Coordinator Open
The role
You are the person who makes sure an order that was taken actually arrives. You sit between our service team, the packing floor and the courier partner, chasing every parcel that stalls and recovering the ones that would otherwise come back.
You will
- Coordinate daily dispatch with packing and the courier partner
- Track undelivered and pending parcels and drive them to delivery
- Contact customers to confirm availability and reschedule attempts
- Manage returns, damages and re-dispatch
- Report on delivery rate, first-attempt success and reasons for failure
You should have
- Strong phone manner and persistence — this role is about follow-through
- Comfort working in a system and keeping records accurate
- Experience in logistics, courier or e-commerce operations is an advantage
Retention Customer Service Representative Open
The role
Most of our customers buy once. Your job is to make the second purchase happen — by staying with people through their course of use, checking how the product is working, and being there when they are ready to reorder.
You will
- Follow up with customers during and after their course of use
- Answer questions about application, results and expectations
- Bring back lapsed customers and drive repeat orders
- Collect genuine reviews and feedback
- Feed recurring product questions back to the brand team
You should have
- Fluent Sinhala; English and Tamil are an advantage
- Real warmth — this is a caring role, not a scripted one
- Patience with people discussing a sensitive concern
Customer Service Representative — 6 positions Open
The role
You are the first person a customer speaks to. You take enquiries from social media into WhatsApp, explain the product honestly, and convert the conversation into a confirmed order — then hand it cleanly to dispatch.
You will
- Handle incoming enquiries on WhatsApp and social channels
- Explain the product, its use and realistic results
- Confirm and enter orders accurately, including delivery details
- Follow up on pending conversations rather than letting them go cold
- Work a rostered shift — our customers message at all hours
You should have
- Fluent Sinhala; English and Tamil are an advantage
- Fast, clear written communication
- Willingness to work rostered shifts including weekends
- No prior experience required — training is provided
