Twixen opens five positions as the group scales manufacturing and service
Recruitment is open across production, creative, delivery coordination and customer service, ahead of a planned expansion into physical distribution.
Twixen Pvt Ltd has opened recruitment for five roles across the group, covering production, creative, order fulfilment and customer service.
The hiring round follows a decision to strengthen manufacturing capacity before scaling demand. “Everything else depends on production keeping up,” the group said of the Production Officer role, which it describes as the most important hire currently open.
All positions are full-time and based at the group’s Mount Lavinia premises. Each is governed by a published pay policy setting out graded basic pay, incentive structure, training period and route to the next grade.
