We are not going to publish a sustainability report we have not earned. What follows is what we actually do now, and what we have committed to next.
Formulated to be used up
Pack sizes are set to a realistic course of use, so the product is finished rather than abandoned half-full. Every formula is developed and trialled before it is sold.
Written pay and progression
Every role in the group has a published pay policy with graded basics, a defined career ladder, a training period and a notice period. What someone earns and how they advance is written down before they join.
Reducing what we send
Outer packaging is kept to what protects the product in transit. Set out here the material changes the group has committed to, and the date by which.
Local employment, local manufacture
Formulation, production, packing and service are all done here, by people employed here. Growth for the group means jobs in Sri Lanka.
No animal testing, at any stage, by anyone acting for us.
Our formulations are developed and validated without animal testing, and we require the same of the suppliers and laboratories we work with.
